The Archivio dell'Ottocento Romano was founded in 2003 by a team of researchers (Teresa Sacchi Lodispoto, Sabrina Spinazzè, Gianluca Berardi). The main aims of this association are the gathering of documents on Roman Art of the 19th century (catalogues, monographs, bibliographies and photographs, correspondence and archives), and the diffusion of knowledge of 19th century figurative art through exhibitions, conferences, publications, courses and lectures.
